Beware buying these gloves if you want them for motorcycle riding!!! Amazon sent me an email advertisement regarding motorcycle apparel because I had recently purchased a helmet off of Amazon's website. This must be part of their direct email campaigne. These gloves were displayed alongside a number of other motorcycle apparel products (gloves, jackets, helmets, shoes, etc.) and gave the impression that they were a motorcycle apparel product as well. I was looking for a velcro-less or strapless motorcycle glove and these apparently were exactly what I was looking for. So I purchased them for around $35 including shipping.

Well, when the gloves arrived at my door days later, I couldn't believe what I saw when I opened up the box. These are your typical winter snow gloves. They are NOT, I repeat, are NOT a motorcycle glove! There is no brand name on them. They are just your basic leather, winter gloves that you would wear going to work or shoveling snow. The construction is good. But the product is misleading given the category they were selling it in. Could you get them to work as a motorcycle glove? Yes, I have. But I wouldn't have bought them had I known. They are clumsy on the grips and awkward to shift with. The fingers are fat and stiff and they don't bend very easily to wrap around the grip/throttle or to break or shift gears.
